Conservation and Recreation Lands Program Trust Fund of the Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission.

(1)

There is created a Conservation and Recreation Lands Program Trust Fund within the Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission. The purpose of the trust fund is to provide for the management of conservation and recreation lands by the commission. Funds may be appropriated to the trust fund from the Conservation and Recreation Lands Trust Fund in the Department of Environmental Protection, as created by s. 259.032(2), or from such other sources as the Legislature may determine.

Notwithstanding the provisions of s. 216.301 and pursuant to s. 216.351, any balance in the trust fund at the end of any fiscal year shall remain in the trust fund at the end of the year and shall be available for carrying out the purposes of the trust fund.
