Insufficient clearance at a railroad-highway grade crossing.
—(1)
A person may not drive any vehicle through a railroad-highway grade crossing that does not have sufficient space to drive completely through the crossing without stopping.
(2)
A person may not drive any vehicle through a railroad-highway grade crossing that does not have sufficient undercarriage clearance to drive completely through the crossing without stopping.
(3)
A violation of this section is a noncriminal traffic infraction, punishable as a moving violation as provided in chapter 318.
