5000 Role Models of Excellence Project, founder and executive director, 1993-present. The project is a drop-out prevention program for minority boys "at risk" of dropping out of school and/or choosing a life of crime. The program operates in Miami-Dade County and Pinellas County Public School. Graduating seniors receive scholarships to the next level of education.
