17         Section 101.  Pending further legislative action,

18  buildings manufactured and assembled offsite and not intended

19  for human habitation, such as storage sheds and lawn storage

20  buildings, shall be regulated in accordance with the

21  manufactured buildings program, Rule 9B-1, Florida

22  Administrative Code.
