14 Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
15 On page 2, between lines 10 and 11,

17 insert:
18 Section 2. The retroactive application of this act is
19 remedial in nature and does not create a right to receive a
20 refund or to require any governmental entity to provide a
21 refund of any tax, penalty, or interest remitted to the
22 Department of Revenue before July 1, 2007.
