     Delete lines 193-199

and insert:

     3. Beginning in the 2009-2010 state fiscal year, ensure

that students who are receiving scholarships take the FCAT

examination and otherwise participate in the statewide

assessments pursuant to s. 1008.22. Cooperating with the

11

scholarship student whose parent chooses to participate in the

12

statewide assessments pursuant to s. 1008.32.
