DELETE the proviso immediately following Specific Appropriation 464:

Funds  in  Specific  Appropriation 464 reflect a reduction of $3,960,000
from  the  General  Revenue Fund to close down the 100-bed South Florida
Evaluation and Treatment Center Annex forensic facility on September 30,
2008, and transfer 25 beds to the South Florida Evaluation and Treatment
Center  and  48  beds  to  Treasure  Coast  Forensic Treatment Center on
October 1, 2008.

and insert in lieu thereof:

Funds  in  Specific  Appropriation 464 reflect a reduction of $3,960,000
from  the  General  Revenue Fund to close down the 100-bed South Florida
Evaluation and Treatment Center Annex forensic facility on September 30,
2008, transfer 11 beds to the South Florida Evaluation and Treatment
Center, and 48  beds  to  Treasure  Coast  Forensic Treatment Center on

October 1, 2008; and allocate $903,000 for 10 regional short term 
residential treatment beds for Alachua, Bradford, Columbia, Dixie, 
Gilchrist, Hamilton, Lafayette, Levy, Putnam, Suwanee, and Union.
