| 5 | (d) "Planned residential community" means a local |
| 6 | government-approved planned unit development, to be planned and |
| 7 | developed as a whole, with a minimum gross lot area of 10 acres |
| 8 | in counties that have a population of over 1.5 million, having |
| 9 | amenities that are designed to serve residents who have |
| 10 | developmental disabilities and may contain two or more community |
| 11 | residential homes licensed by the Agency for Persons with |
| 12 | Disabilities, that are contiguous to one another. |
