By the beginning of the 8 2010-2011 school year, the school breakfast programs shall make 9 breakfast meals available to all students in each elementary, 10 middle, and high school. However, universal school breakfast 11 programs shall make only breakfast meals available in schools in 12 which 80 percent or more of the students are eligible for free 13 or reduced meals. Each school shall, to the maximum extent 14 practicable, make breakfast meals available to students at an 15 alternative site location, which may include, but need not be 16 limited to, alternative breakfast options as described in 17 publications of the Food and Nutrition Service of the United 18 States Department of Agriculture for the federal School 19 Breakfast Program. 20 21 ====== D I R E C T O R Y C L A U S E A M E N D M E N T ====== 22 And the directory clause is amended as follows: 23 Delete lines 582 - 583 24 and insert: 25 Section 14.
