       The Committee on Commerce (Peaden) recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete lines 71 - 72
    4  and insert:
    5         (e)The Office of Tourism, Trade, and Economic Development
    6  shall provide administrative support to the council.
    7         (f)The Secretary of Community Affairs or his or her
    8  designee, the Secretary of Environmental Protection or his or
    9  her designee, the Secretary of Transportation or his or her
   10  designee, the Adjutant General of Military Affairs or his or her
   11  designee, and the Executive Director of Veterans’ Affairs or his
   12  or her designee shall attend meetings held by the council and
   13  provide assistance, information, and support as requested by the
   14  council.

   17         And the title is amended as follows:
   18         Delete lines 9 - 10
   19  and insert:
   20         for expenses; requiring that the Office of Tourism,
   21         Trade, and Economic Development within the Executive
   22         Office of the Governor provide administrative support
   23         to the council; requiring that certain agency heads
   24         attend council meetings and provide assistance,
   25         information, and support as requested by the council;
