Pari-mutuel Wagering [CPSC]; Revises a definition. Provides that a greyhound permitholder who meets certain requirements may engage in specific wagering activities without meeting a minimum number of live performances. Imposes a moratorium on the issuance of new greyhound racing permits. Conforms provisions. Revises the number of live performances that a greyhound permitholder must conduct in order to renew a cardroom license.
