       Senator Bennett moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Between lines 1911 and 1912
    4  insert:
    5         Section 34. Upon completion of the Department of Health's
    6  project, as required by Specific Appropriation 1682 of the 2008
    7  2009 General Appropriations Act, to develop passive strategies
    8  for nitrogen reduction which complement the use of conventional
    9  onsite wastewater treatment systems, the department must submit
   10  a final report to the Governor, the President of the Senate, and
   11  the Speaker of the House of Representatives before proceeding
   12  with any nitrogen-reduction activities.
