Property Tax Limit/Additional Homestead Exemption [WPSC]; Proposes amendments to the State Constitution to generally limit the maximum annual increase in the assessed value of certain nonhomestead properties and to provide an additional homestead exemption to persons who have not owned a principal residence within the preceding 8 years.
