       The Committee on Health and Human Services Appropriations (Rich)
       recommended the following:

    4  and insert:
    5         2. The potential enrollee is not covered by an the
    6  employer-sponsored health benefit plan. If the potential
    7  enrollee is covered by an because the potential enrollee is not
    8  eligible for coverage, or, if the potential enrollee is eligible
    9  but not covered, a statement of the cost to enroll the potential
   10  enrollee in the employer-sponsored health benefit plan and the
   11  cost of the employer-sponsored health benefit plan is greater
   12  than 5 percent of the family’s income, and if the potential
   13  enrollee is otherwise eligible for premium assistance, he or she
   14  may be enrolled in the appropriate, subsidized component of the
   15  Florida KidCare program.
