Entertainment Industry Economic Development [WPSC]; Revises the entertainment industry financial incentive program to provide corporate income tax and sales and use tax credits to qualified entertainment entities rather than reimbursements from appropriations. Limits application of the entertainment industry tax credits. Provides for credits against the corporate income tax in the amounts awarded under the entertainment industry financial incentive program, etc. APPROPRIATION: $98,127.
