    1                        A bill to be entitled                      
    2         An act relating to road designations; designating
    3         Perdido Key Parkway in Escambia County; designating
    4         Colonel Bud Day Boulevard in Okaloosa County;
    5         designating Orange Bowl Way in Miami-Dade County;
    6         directing the Department of Transportation to erect
    7         markers; providing an effective date.

    9  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:
   10  
   11         Section 1. Perdido Key Parkway designated; Department of
   12  Transportation to erect suitable markers.—
   13         (1)That portion of State Road 292 from Blue Angel Parkway
   14  to the beginning of Perdido Key Drive in Escambia County is
   15  designated as “Perdido Key Parkway.”
   16         (2)The Department of Transportation is directed to erect
   17  suitable markers designating Perdido Key Parkway as described in
   18  subsection (1).
   19         Section 2. Colonel Bud Day Boulevard designated; Department
   20  of Transportation to erect suitable markers.—
   21         (1)That portion of State Road 397 from Government Avenue
   22  to the North gate of Eglin Air Force Base in Okaloosa County is
   23  designated as “Colonel Bud Day Boulevard.”
   24         (2)The Department of Transportation is directed to erect
   25  suitable markers designating Colonel Bud Day Boulevard as
   26  described in subsection (1).
   27         Section 3. Orange Bowl Way designated; Department of
   28  Transportation to erect suitable markers.—
   29         (1) Northwest 77th Court in Miami Lakes in Miami-Dade
   30  County is designated as “Orange Bowl Way.”
   31         (2) The Department of Transportation is directed to erect
   32  suitable markers designating Orange Bowl Way as described in
   33  subsection (1).
   34         Section 4. This act shall take effect July 1, 2010.
