    1                        A bill to be entitled                      
    2         An act relating to nuclear and integrated gasification
    3         combined cycle power plants; repealing s. 366.93,
    4         F.S., relating to cost recovery for the siting,
    5         design, licensing, and construction of nuclear and
    6         integrated gasification combined cycle power plants;
    7         providing an effective date.

    9  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:
   10  
   11         Section 1. Section 366.93, Florida Statutes, is repealed.
   12         Section 2. This act shall take effect July 1, 2011.
