GENERAL BILL by Health Regulation ; Transportation ; Bennett

Motor Vehicles/Highway Safety Act; Provides legislative intent relating to road rage and aggressive careless driving. Requires an operator of a motor vehicle to yield the left lane when being overtaken on a multilane highway. Specifies the amount of the fine and the allocation of moneys received from the increased fine imposed for aggressive careless driving. Requires the HSMV to provide information about the Highway Safety Act in driver's license educational materials, etc.
