       Margolis moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)

    4         Delete line 35
    5  and insert:
    6  section includes any parent or caretaker relative who has pled
    7  guilty or nolo contendre to, or has been found guilty under
    8  federal or state law, of any offence that is classified as a
    9  felony by federal or state law, that is related to the
   10  possession, use, or distribution of a controlled substance, as
   11  defined in s. 102(6) of the controlled substance act, 21 U.S.C.
   12  s. 802(6), schedules I-VI of title 21 C.F.R. part 1308, or
   13  chapter 893 and who is
