GENERAL BILL by Community Affairs ; Environmental Preservation and Conservation ; Storms

Stormwater Management Permits; Allows an entity created by special act, local ordinance, or interlocal agreement of a county or municipality to receive certain reduced or waived permit processing fees. Requires that the Department of Environmental Protection initiate rulemaking to adopt a general permit for stormwater management systems serving airside activities at airports. Authorizes certain municipalities and counties to adopt stormwater adaptive management plans and obtain conceptual permits for urban redevelopment projects, etc.
