Pain-management Clinics; Provides specific standards of practice in pain-management clinics with regard to evaluations of patient's medical diagnosis, treatment plans, informed consent, agreements for treatment, physician's periodic review of patient, consultation, patient drug testing, patient medical records, denial or termination of controlled-substance therapy, facility & physical operations, infection control, health & safety, quality assurance, & data collection & reporting; provides responsibilities of designated physician & of clinic with respect to designated physician, etc.
