       Senator Diaz de la Portilla moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment to Amendment (258560) (with title
    2  amendment)
    3  
    4         Between lines 4643 and 4644
    5  insert:
    6         Section 120. The second paragraph of proviso immediately
    7  following Specific Appropriation 175 in section 3 of SB 2000,
    8  2nd Engrossed, as enacted in the 2011 Regular Session of the
    9  Legislature, which relates to the competitive procurement of a
   10  statewide managed disposable incontinence medical supply program
   11  in the Florida Medicaid program is hereby repealed.

   15         Delete line 5095
   16  and insert:
   17         providing a definition; repealing proviso language

   21         incontinence medical supply program in the Florida
   22         Medicaid program; amending s. 766.110, F.S.;
