State Financial Information; Requires Auditor General to annually provide to Legislature list of school districts that have failed to comply with certain financial transparency requirements; provides that Financial Management Information Board is responsible for information system; deletes provisions relating to Florida Financial Management Information System Coordinating Council; deletes references to functional owner subsystems; establishes Agency for Enterprise Business Services within DFS; provides duties of agency, etc.
