City of Mount Dora, Lake County; Authorizes Division of Alcoholic Beverages & Tobacco of DBPR to issue temporary permits to nonprofit civic organization to sell alcoholic beverages for consumption on premises at outdoor events on public right-of-way in downtown Mount Dora, subject to certain statutory requirements; provides that such events require street-closure permit from city; provides that permits authorized by act are in addition to certain other authorized temporary permits; requires division to adopt rules.
