GENERAL BILL by Bogdanoff
Frozen Desserts; Repeals provisions relating to the state's regulation of frozen desserts, enforcement and penalties for violations of such regulations, licensure of frozen dessert plants, and preemption of municipal and county regulations of frozen desserts. Amends provisions to conform.
