       The Committee on Judiciary (Richter) recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete line 242
    4  and insert:
    5         Section 3. This act shall take effect upon the adoption of
    6  rules and forms by the Supreme Court, but no later than October
    7  1, 2011.
