GENERAL BILL by Environmental Preservation and Conservation ; Community Affairs ; Altman

Growth Management; Increases the minimum size of geographic areas that qualify for the use of sector plans. Revises terminology relating to such plans. Revises the content required to be included in long-term master plans and detailed specified area plans. Requires identification of water development projects and transportation facilities to serve future development needs. Authorizes certain development agreements between the developer and the local government, etc.
