       The Committee on Banking and Insurance (Hays) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment to Amendment (100124) (with title
    2  amendment)
    3  
    4         Delete line 1445
    5  and insert:
    6         (12)(a) Any person who owns an business entity eligible for
    7  reimbursement under s. 627.736(1) and who is found guilty of
    8  insurance fraud under this section shall lose his or her
    9  occupational license for such entity for 5 years and may not
   10  receive reimbursement for personal injury protection benefits
   11  for 10 years.
   12         (b) Any licensed health care practitioner found guilty of
   13  insurance fraud under this section shall lose his or her license
   14  to practice for 5 years and may not receive reimbursement for
   15  personal injury protection benefits for 10 years.
   16         (13)(12) As used in this section, the term:

   19         And the title is amended as follows:
   20         Delete line 1631
   21  and insert:
   22         fraudulent insurance claims; providing that persons
   23         and business entities found guilty of insurance fraud
   24         shall lose their occupational and practitioner
   25         licenses for a certain time period; amending ss.
   26         324.021,
