SB 2116: State Judicial System

GENERAL BILL by Budget

State Judicial System; Authorizes each office of criminal conflict and civil regional counsel to create a direct-support organization. Provides the clerk with the discretion to conduct a review of the county's property records to confirm indigency. Provides for county funding of additional guardian ad litem personnel. Requires an agreement between the county and the Statewide Guardian Ad Litem Office. Requires the clerk of court and the Florida Clerks of Court Operations Corporation to submit reports on local traffic assessments in an electronic format, etc.
