       The Committee on Criminal Justice (Dockery) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment to Substitute Amendment (245176) (with
    2  title amendment)
    3  
    4         Delete lines 116 - 133
    5  and insert:
    6         10. Any elementary or secondary school facility or
    7  administration building;
    8         11. Any career center;
    9         12. Any college or university facility unless the licensee
   10  is a registered student, employee, or faculty member of such
   11  college or university and the weapon is a stun gun or nonlethal
   12  electric weapon or device designed solely for defensive purposes
   13  and the weapon does not fire a dart or projectile;
   14         13. Any portion of an establishment licensed to dispense
   15  alcoholic beverages for consumption on the premises, which
   16  portion of the establishment is primarily devoted to such
   17  purpose; any elementary or secondary school facility; any career
   18  center; any college or university facility unless the licensee
   19  is a registered student, employee, or faculty member of such
   20  college or university and the weapon is a stun gun or nonlethal
   21  electric weapon or device designed solely for defensive purposes
   22  and the weapon does not fire a dart or projectile;
   23         14. The inside of the passenger terminal and sterile area
   24  of any airport, provided that no person shall be prohibited from
   25  carrying any legal firearm into the terminal, which firearm is
   26  encased for shipment for purposes of checking such firearm as
   27  baggage to be lawfully transported on any aircraft; or
   28         15. Any place where the carrying of firearms is prohibited
   29  by federal law.

   34         Delete lines 325 - 330
   35  and insert:
