       Senator Evers moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Between lines 296 and 297
    4  insert:
    5         Section 30. Honorary Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., Avenue
    6  designated; Department of Transportation to erect suitable
    7  markers.—
    8         (1) That portion of U.S. Highway 90 in Walton County from
    9  5th Street to Norwood Road is designated as “Honorary Dr. Martin
   10  Luther King, Jr., Avenue.”
   11         (2) The Department of Transportation is directed to erect
   12  suitable markers designating Honorary Dr. Martin Luther King,
   13  Jr., Avenue as described in subsection (1).
