       Senator Ring moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete line 92
    4  and insert:
    5         (j) Provide a notice to a person who is deemed ineligible
    6  for TANF benefits of any administrative hearing pursuant to s.
    7  120.569 and 120.57 or judicial review pursuant to s. 120.68
    8  which may be available as the result of testing positive for
    9  controlled substances. The notice must indicate the procedure
   10  that must be followed and state the applicable time limits. The
   11  department shall certify the date that the notice is mailed or
   12  delivered, and the notice and the certification shall be filed
   13  with the clerk of the department.
   14         (k) An individual who tests positive under this section

   19  and insert:
   20         who tests positive; requiring a person to be notified
   21         of his or her right to appeal a decision to withhold
