Auditor General; Requires financial audits to be conducted in accordance with certain standards & activities; expands definition & standards of "operational audit"; revises duties pertaining to financial audits of boards of trustees of community colleges, school boards, universities, Florida Clerks of Court Operations Corporation, & Florida School for the Deaf and Blind; revises time for conducting certain audits; revises requirements for conducting performance audit of ad valorem tax laws, etc.
