Violations of Probation or Community Control; Designates act "Officer Andrew Widman Act"; authorizes judge, after making certain finding, to issue warrant for arrest of probationer or offender who has violated terms of probation or community control; requires that court inform probationer or offender of violation; authorizes court to commit or release probationer or offender; authorizes court, in determining whether to require or set amount of bail, to consider likelihood that person will be imprisoned for violation of probation or community control.
