SB 656: Florida Kidcare Program

GENERAL BILL by Rich

Florida Kidcare Program; Provides that certain children under the age of 1 may participate in the Medikids program. Requires that children who are eligible for Kidcare be offered the opportunity to be made presumptively eligible. Provides that children who are eligible for a state-sponsored health benefit plan and the subsidized Kidcare program may enroll in the program. Authorizes Kidcare coverage for temporomandibular joint disease, etc.
