On Page: 323             Appropriates $300,000 in nonrecurring general 
                         revenue funds to the Department of Elder Affairs for 
Spec App: 2535AF         the Little Havana Activities and Nutrition Centers 
                         of Dade County.  Reduces $300,000 in nonrecurring 
                         general revenue funds from the Quick Action Closing 
                         Fund in Jobs Florida.
