SPB 7148: Trust Funds
PROPOSED BILL by Budget
Trust Funds; Creates the Federal Grants Trust Fund within the Department of Business and Professional Regulation. Provides for the purpose of the trust fund and sources of funds. Provides for future review and termination or re-creation of the trust fund.
Effective Date: July 1, 2011, if enacted by three-fifths vote of membership of Legislature
