PROPOSED BILL by Budget

Reports Required from Public Service Commission; Repeals a provision relating to Lifeline service subscriptions. Removes a requirement that certain consumer complaint information be included in the commission's annual report. Repeals a provision relating to random compliance investigations of certain operator services providers and call aggregators. Repeals provisions relating to a report to the Legislature on the status of telecommunications competition. Repeals a provision relating to the annual report on the operation of the telecommunications access system.
