GENERAL BILL by Pafford

Florida Kidcare Program; Provides that certain children under age of 1 may participate in Medikids program; requires that children who are eligible for Kidcare be offered opportunity to be made presumptively eligible; provides that children who are eligible for state-sponsored health benefit plan & subsidized Kidcare program may enroll in program; authorizes Kidcare coverage for temporomandibular joint disease; provides that Medicaid-eligible children are deemed eligible for 12 months of coverage regardless of change in circumstances, etc.
