    4  and insert:
    5         3. The clinic is owned, directly or indirectly, by a
    6  publicly held corporation whose shares are traded on a national
    7  exchange or on the over-the-counter market and whose total
    8  assets at the end of the corporation’s most recent fiscal
    9  quarter exceeded $50 million;
