State Parks; Provides for parents of certain deceased veterans & spouse & parents of law enforcement officers & firefighters who die in line of duty to receive annual entrance passes to state parks at no charge; revises provisions relating to surcharge imposed on admission fees to state parks in areas of critical state concern located in certain counties; provides for certain municipalities to use proceeds of surcharge for land acquisition or beach renourishment or restoration, etc.
