       The Committee on Health Regulation (Sobel) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete line 457
    4  and insert:
    5         (c) A person may not knowingly advertise, print, publish,
    6  distribute, or circulate, or knowingly cause to be advertised,
    7  printed, published, distributed, or circulated, any pamphlet,
    8  printed paper, book, newspaper notice, advertisement, or
    9  reference containing words or language giving or conveying any
   10  notice, hint, or reference to any person, or the name of any
   11  person, real or fictitious, from whom, or to any place, house,
   12  shop, or office where any advice, direction, information, or
   13  knowledge may be obtained for the purpose of not undergoing an
   14  abortion.
   15         (d) Any person who violates this subsection commits a
