       The Committee on Budget (Norman) recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete lines 544 - 545
    4  and insert:
    5  and (b) shall be applied before and other homestead exemptions,
    6  which shall then be applied in the order that results in the
    7  lowest taxable value. as follows:

   10         And the title is amended as follows:
   11         Delete lines 69 - 71
   12  and insert:
   13         businesses; amending s. 196.031, F.S.; specifying the
   14         order in which homestead exemptions from ad valorem
   15         taxation are applied;
