Cancer Control; Revising legislative intent to delete provisions relating to research activities for cancer control; changing the name of the cancer control and research advisory council to the Florida Cancer Control and Resource Advisory Council; providing for the appointment and terms of council members and duties of the council; providing duties of the council for the development, review, and approval of the Florida Cancer Plan; deleting responsibilities of the council and the Board of Governors of the State University System relating to cancer research, etc.
