       The Committee on Education Pre-K - 12 (Montford) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete line 198
    4  and insert:
    5         (2) The Department of Economic Opportunity shall enter into
    6  an agreement with the Board of Governors of the State University
    7  System to facilitate the reenrollment of any student recruited
    8  under this section who seeks to complete his or her degree
    9  program and to provide academic pathways for the timely
   10  completion of the degree program.
   11         (3) This section does not abrogate the provisions of s.
   12

   14         And the title is amended as follows:
   15         Delete line 14
   16  and insert:
   17         them to potential employers; requiring that the
   18         Department of Economic Opportunity enter into an
   19         agreement with the Board of Governors of the State
   20         University System to facilitate the reenrollment of
   21         such students and to provide academic pathways for the
   22         timely completion of their degree programs; creating
   23         s. 445.11, F.S.;
