On Page: 000             Adds proviso directing the Agency for Health Care 
                         Administration to develop a reconciliation process 
Spec App:  193           for potential overpayment of intergovernmental 
                         transfers used by AHCA in the Medicaid program to 
                         fund exemptions from hospital reimbursement ceilings 
                         and the buying back of hospital rate cuts.

At the end of existing proviso language, following Specific 
Appropriation 193, INSERT:

From the funds in Specific Appropriations 193 and 198, the Agency for 
Health Care Administration shall develop a process to reconcile the 
differences between the amounts of intergovernmental transfers used for 
the purposes of funding exemptions from reimbursement ceilings or buying 
back the Medicaid inpatient or outpatient trend adjustments for 
individual hospitals and the amounts of intergovernmental transfers 
indicated in the letters of agreement executed for each state fiscal 
year.
