Sponsorship of State Greenways and Trails; Creating the “John Anthony Wilson Bicycle Safety Act”; providing for the Department of Environmental Protection to enter into concession agreements for commercial sponsorship displays to be displayed on certain state greenway and trail facilities or property; providing requirements for concession agreements; specifying which greenways and trails are included in the initial sponsorships; authorizing the department to enter into sponsorship agreements with entities to sponsor other state greenways and trails; providing for distribution of proceeds from the concession agreements; authorizing the department to adopt rules, etc.
