The department shall award a contract to a current Florida Pregnancy Support Services Program (FPSSP) contract management provider that is a Florida non-profit corporation and recognized as tax exempt by the IRS under code section 501 (c)(3) for this Specific Appropriation. certification standards and to provide the required contract management of all sub-contracted direct service providers, Option Line and FPSSP website.
