       Senator Detert moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment to Amendment (401580) (with directory
    2  amendment)

    4         Delete lines 819 - 828
    5  and insert:
    6         b. If more than 45 25 percent of the sum of total tax
    7  credits initially certified and awarded to productions after
    8  April July 1, 2012, 2010, and total tax credits initially
    9  certified after April 1, 2012, but not yet awarded, and total
   10  tax credits available for certification after April 1, 2012, but
   11  not yet certified to productions currently in this state has
   12  been awarded for high-impact television series, then no high
   13  impact television series is or pilot shall be eligible for tax
   14  credits under this subparagraph. Tax credits initially certified
   15  for a high-impact television series after April 1, 2012, may not
   16  be awarded if the award will cause the percentage threshold in
   17  this sub-subparagraph to be exceeded. This sub-subparagraph does
   18  not prohibit the award of tax credits certified before April 1,
   19  2012, for high-impact television series.
