Wage Protection for Employees; Prohibiting a county, municipality, or political subdivision from adopting or maintaining in effect a law, ordinance, or rule that creates requirements, regulations, or processes for the purpose of addressing wage theft; preempting such activities to the state; defining the term “wage theft”, etc.
